Selim Noujaim Urges Parents to Complete Training

WATERBURY — State Representative Selim Noujaim on Saturday congratulated 26 Greater Waterbury area parents on their decision to participate in the Parent Leadership Training Institute, a 20-week program that will sharpen their leadership and civics skills and enhance their ability to make positive changes for children in their communities.
